I'd do it for you but since you're accessing from the forum, I can't see
your e-mail address, and I can't send it only to you so everyone has to
suffer it. Sorry, folks. Here are the relevant instructions from Digest.net

So, send the message "unsubscribe stag <your_e-mail_address>" to
"majordomo@digest.net" (without all the quotes of course) and that
should work.

He says his e-mails to Majordomo are bouncing. Now that I know his
address, I've unsubscribed him.
