I don't think this is a particularly big deal
The material used for the seals is incorrect.
If you can wipe material from the black rubber with a finger it is
degrading in service.
The seals are best made of EPDM which is resistant to brake fluid.
I would expect the seals elsewhere in your car are of the correct material.
